Fertilizer
We have three starter fertilizers that we regularly stock and are more than happy to supply and recommend any other fertilizer blends you require, including custom blends. Starter fertilizers give the seeds the nutrients required for germination and new root establishment; they can be used on all hydroseeding applications, be it residential, commercial, or highway work.
Please note: Proper soil testing analysis helps to determine what the appropriate seed, fertilizer, and soil additives are for your job.
8-32-16
8-32-16 fertilizer is the most common starter fertilizer, used to promote rapid root development and strong early growth in new sod, seeds, flowers and vegetables.

It contains 8% Nitrogen, 32% Phosphorus and 16% Potassium, making it ideal for establishing landscapes and improving stress resistance.
HPN
FINN HPN is a super soluble, high phosphorous starter fertilizer aimed at supplying all the nutrients and micro-nutrients necessary for the first 4-6 weeks of new seedling life.

This is a field proven nutrient product used in the turf industry for seed establishment. FINN HPN is designed for an immediate availability of nutrients to a new plant in the most usable form possible. FINN HPN is a 10-44-6 mix and 100% readily available at the time of application.

25-5-10 Fertilizer features: extended feeding – 65% nitrogen from polymer coated area. CRN a proven slow-release nitrogen product. Ideal for high nitrogen spring or fall feeding.

Low phosphorous for improved water quality. Uniform particle sizing for even distribution and easy spreading. A complete fertilizer with NPK for balanced nutrition. Use during cool and warm season where turf requiring balanced nutrients and extended feeding, where a high ratio of nitrogen is desired with low phosphorous.
