Tackifier
We offer a wide range of Hydroseeding tackifiers, that we can help you select based on your jobsite needs. These products help the mulch slurry adhere to slopes, but also act as a lubricant for your Hydroseeder pump, which leads to easy spraying and less wear and tear on your equipment. These tackifiers are added directly to the Hydroseeder tank and mix easily with the mulch slurry.

Fibratac
Fibratac is a cost effective, liquid tackifier that not only mixes well but also acts as a lubricant with all types of mulches and provides excellent erosion control at a low cost. It provides additional soil stabilization on slopes, banks, ditches and high wind areas.

Spec Tack
Spec Tack tackifier by LSC is fast mixing, it yields 80% of peak viscosity in 5 minutes after mixing. The fast viscosity buildup and concentrated bonding assures that the network of fiber, adhesive and soil will bond into a soil holding matrix.
Tacking Agent 3
Multi-Dimensional All-Purpose Tackifier: Tacking Agent 3 is proven to reduce soil erosion and water runoff immediately after hydroseeding—no cure time is required!

Tacking Agent 3 contains a flocculant, polyacrylamide and hydro-colloid polymers for enhanced fiber-to-soil bond as well as a marker dye to enhance visual metering when the product is being applied.
Con-Tack

An alternative where organic-based tackifiers are required. Creates fiber-to-seed-to-soil bond (without hardening) that reduces the need for reseeding while minimizing soil erosion.
ConTack Organic Tackifier is 100% guar-gum based for an efficient and effective method of dust and erosion control and mulch/straw binding.
Floc Loc
A polyacrylamide (PAM) flocculating soil stabilizer, FlocLoc coagulates soil particles suspended in water, dropping them from runoff.

FlocLoc can be used for temporary erosion and dust control. FlocLoc improves water infiltration into the seedbed, increases water-holding capacity of hydroseeding slurry, enhances suspension of seeds and fertilizer.
EarthBound
EarthBOUND® is recommended for use as a tackifier in re-vegetation applications where slow controlled irrigation will not create heavy runoff or erosion. Immediately bonds to soil during application resulting in less slumping.
